Whelp, last night my long streak of trying new recipes and getting good results came to a crashing end when my attempt at ergag be adas was so disgusting that i could not finish eating a bowl, even after i had conceded defeat and tried to turn it into a soup (the soup tasted like watered down mud) . I then completely forgot to make a backup lunch, i was so sure i would just bring the leftovers to work. i was late out the door and spent the day eating granola bars instead of actual food. so i have spent the last 24 hours quite unhappily. it's gotten better after i had some food someone else made though.
It's odd how much it fucked me up that the food i made was bad. maybe it's just because i've had such a good run so far. usually my "bad" dishes are just like, too dry, or too bland, or too salty, things which there are counters for. but this time, in spite of all my best efforts i made a huge quantity of gross crap. i'm getting over it.

"this is ergag be adas" umm i'm not sure about that. "this is a pasta" this we cannot possibly refute.
